THE ORIGINS
The AERIA company was founded on the 18th of June 1980 by Yvan LULINE. It was acquired on the 1st October 2008 by the m+r architectes company, now the majority shareholder. Pierre-Paul Raoult is the minority shareholder.
From its beginnings, AERIA has always been able to develop close relationships with the Dijon area's local communities, public and private institutions, thus becoming - and still being today - one of this region's most recognizable actors in its field.
AERIA's activity centers on both public and private medium-size endeavors, like housing projects or public facilities, which AERIA is able to treat comprehensively, owing to its extensive in-house competencies.
A ten-year collaboration with m+r architectes enabled AERIA it to expand its activity with projects for the retail market.
